ABOUT US
Henry Oliver Poulsen was my grandpa. He made a living producing the best tasting eggs and fresh hens. People would come from far away to buy them from him. In 1926 he was the keeper of 10,000 chickens! My childhood memories have come to life through HOP Poultry Co., with the help of my son Zach, a great grandson born 17 years after grandpa’s passing.
HOP Poultry Co. is inspired by fond childhood experiences, which are part of who we are. I hope my memories will inspire you. I honor all farmers, past and present, who dedicate their lives to produce and provide the most important of life’s necessities ~ food ♥ family ♥ friends ♥ and with this comes love.
